Jan no longer takes orders for such cakes - instead, she teaches cake decorating classes so you can do it yourself!

Jan runs 30-week courses at four venues in Merseyside and Cheshire.
They're tailored so you can join us at any time during the year - whenever suits you best. Our venues are in St Helens, Liverpool (Huyton) and Widnes. Complete this and you might then want to learn more advanced techniques with our special one-day workshops or through our popular range of DVDs.

The cake decorating courses are tailored for all ages and all skills
